美羅小奢中心是由上世紀(jì)五十年代的老倉庫改建而成，占地面積3.8萬平米，共有22幢舊倉庫建筑，背靠古城墻，前毗鄰拙政園。集團(tuán)嚴(yán)格按照古城保護(hù)要求，歷時(shí)三年，修舊如舊，從歷史里找創(chuàng)新，在文化中開財(cái)源，將一個(gè)破倉庫，建成一個(gè)新的商業(yè)模式：無界美羅小奢中心。
The Boundless Matro Boutique Villege is transformed from old warehouses dating back to the 1950s, covering an area of 38,000 square meters with a total of 22 vintage warehouse buildings. Nestled against the ancient city wall and adjacent to the Humble Administrator's Garden, this project adheres strictly to historical preservation requirements. Over a period of three years, the group meticulously restored the old structures to their original state, innovating within the historical context and generating prosperity through culture. What was once a dilapidated warehouse has now become a new commercial model: The Boundless Matro Boutique Villege from old warehouse.

Boundless Matro Boutique Villege is an ecological shopping, leisure, and lifestyle environment. Within this complex, there is a unique garden that gathers old stones, bridges, bricks, tiles, and antique items from the community.
